Lies The Government Told You: Myth, Power and Deception in American History

Judge Andrew Napolitano's newest book is a lesson in truth. Do you know about the lies the government has told you? The Judge will tell you all about them. He respectfully disagrees with direction that our nation is headed (and has been headed for quite some time). Throughout the book he breaks down seventeen lies that most American's are blissfully unaware of. Is FEMA the best answer for disaster recovery? Are you really innocent until proven guilty? 

This book was outstanding. It captivated me the entire time I read it. I was a bit turned off from selecting this book because of Judge Napolitano's association with Fox News, but I was pleasantly surprised. He shares his take on political history without going off into Glenn Beck style tirades. As I finished it I had a new respect for The Judge, as well as a new outlook on the inner workings of our often dishonest government. It was a quick moving read; I couldn't wait to pick it up again after laying it down.  I consider it a must read for every American.
