
I’ve gained back a good bit of weight. I’m now hovering a few pounds below my starting point, and I have no idea why. We only eaten out 3 times since the salmonella incident. I’ve been active. I’ve tried to drink water. I’m not pregnant. Was it the Easter candy? Is it stress?
Part of me doesn't care because I feel okay, and part of me is so frustrated because the yo-yo weight is worse than just being a bit heavy to begin with. Clothes that fit on Monday no longer fit by Friday, and the cycle continues. I never experienced anything quite like it.
So, in week 7 I gained 7 pounds while eating right, exercising, and drinking more water than a camel. And I'm still two weeks away from the point where I gain a few pounds as part of my cycle. Sigh.
